Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners is seeking a dedicated CNA to deliver compassionate, in‑home care to individuals impacted by energy programs in the Washington area. You will work one‑on‑one with patients, following care plans and documenting progress using EMR standards.

Ideal candidates hold an active CNA certification, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license. This role requires the ability to work independently in home settings and may involve driving to patients’ homes in Silverdale, WA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Active CNA certification (state-specific).
• CPR certified.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently in a non-facility setting.
• Home health, long‑term care, or hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility)
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement
• Support meal preparation, nutrition support and light housekeeping
• Monitor and report changes in condition
• Follow care plans and document accurately using EMR standards
