HomeWell Care Services, Inc. is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide in-home care, one-on-one with seniors, helping with daily living tasks and companionship.

We offer flexible full- or part-time schedules, mileage paid between shifts, referral bonuses, performance bonuses, free uniforms, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with Dementia and Alzheimer's care a plus.
• Daily access to email, the Internet, and a mobile phone.
• Proof of current, negative, tuberculosis (TB) test (as required by the State of Indiana)
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position, including the ability to lift, push and pull approximately 25lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation in addition to proof of valid driver's license and valid automobile insurance
• A compassionate heart for older adults
• Must possess excellent communication skills
• Are mature, caring, punctual and reliable

• Social companionship
• Support with a variety of daily living tasks such as feeding and medication reminders, bathing/dressing and personal hygiene, grooming, toileting, dressing, light housekeeping, light cleaning, laundry and cooking/meal preparation and other care as needed
• Transportation to appointments, errands and social outings
• Standby assistance with transfers
• Overnight safety assistance
