HomeWell Care Services IN219 is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our in-home care team. You will work one-on-one with seniors in their homes, providing a range of care services designed to help them age in place with dignity and independence.

We offer flexible scheduling, opportunities for advancement, and bonuses based on performance. Ideal candidates are reliable, communicative, and committed to enhancing quality of life for older adults.

Qualifications

• Experience with dementia care is a plus
• Daily access to email, internet, and a mobile phone
• Proof of TB test as required by Indiana
• Physically able to lift ~25 lbs and perform duties
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with insurance
• Compassionate care for older adults and strong punctuality

Responsabilités

• Provide social companionship to clients
• Assist with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep)
• Transport clients to appointments and social activities
• Offer standby assistance with transfers
• Ensure overnight safety and comfort when needed
