HomeWell Care Services IN219 is seeking compassionate CNAs for full- or part-time positions to provide one-on-one in-home care, building meaningful relationships with seniors who wish to age in place. You will deliver a range of care services with empathy, excellence, and integrity in clients' homes.

Responsibilities include companionship, daily living assistance, and transportation support, enabling seniors to maintain independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Experience with dementia/alzheimer's care is a plus.
• Daily access to email, the Internet, and a mobile phone.
• Proof of current, negative, tuberculosis (TB) test as required by the State of Indiana.
• Must be physically able to lift ~25 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation plus proof of valid driver's license and insurance.
• A compassionate heart for older adults.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Mature, caring, punctual and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Social companionship.
• Provide a variety of daily living tasks such as feeding, medication reminders, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, and social outings.
• Standby assistance with transfers.
• Overnight safety assistance.
