Job summary

HomeWell Care Services IN219 is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide one-on-one in-home care, supporting seniors to age in place with empathy, excellence and integrity. Duties include social companionship, help with daily living activities, meals, grooming, medication reminders, and transportation to appointments.

Flexible full- or part-time schedules, paid mileage, and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• Dementia/Alzheimer's care experience a plus.
• Daily access to email, internet, and a mobile phone.
• Proof of current, negative TB test as required by Indiana.
• Physically able to lift, push, and pull ~25 lbs.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and proof of insurance.
• Compassionate heart for older adults.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Mature, caring, punctual and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Social companionship and one-on-one client interaction.
• Assist with daily living tasks: feeding, reminders, bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, light cleaning, laundry and meal prep.
• Provide transportation to appointments, errands and social activities.
• Standby assistance with transfers and overnight safety support.
