Job summary

MaineTouch is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide in-home care for adults and seniors. You will work one-on-one with clients, supporting daily living activities and promoting safety, comfort, and independence.

We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay of $18.00–$21.00 per hour, full-time and part-time roles, mileage reimbursement where applicable, ongoing clinical support, and clear pathways for advancement within our care team.

Qualifications

• Active Maine CNA license is required in Maine.
• Ability to work independently in home settings.
• Strong communication and accurate documentation skills.
• Flexible scheduling and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care needs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, hygiene).
• Provide mobility assistance and safe use of devices.
• Measure and document vital signs and health observations.
• Support daily care tasks including light housekeeping and meals.
• Assist with meal service and feeding when needed.
• Offer companionship and promote client independence.
• Report concerns promptly to nursing staff.
• Identify safety risks and environmental concerns.
• Document accurately and maintain HIPAA compliance.
