Job summary

MaineTouch is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide in-home support and personal care to adults and seniors. CNAs will assist with daily care needs in clients’ homes, promoting comfort, safety, and independence while benefiting from flexible scheduling and a supportive care team.

The role offers full-time and part-time opportunities with pay rates of $18.00–$21.00 per hour. Mileage reimbursement and ongoing clinical support are available, with opportunities for advancement into

Qualifications

Must have active Maine CNA license.
High school diploma or GED required.
Eligible to work in the United States.
Ability to perform personal care tasks and mobility assistance.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care needs (bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, toileting, hygiene).
Provide mobility assistance, transfers, ambulation, using assistive devices safely.
Measure and document vital signs and health observations as directed.
Support daily care tasks including light housekeeping, laundry, and meal prep.
Assist with meal service and feeding when needed.
Offer companionship and emotional support while promoting independence.
Monitor clients for changes and report concerns promptly to nursing staff.
Identify safety risks and report environmental concerns.
