Job summary

MaineTouch is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide in-home care for adults and seniors, promoting comfort, safety, and independence. The role emphasizes one-on-one attention, independent work, and a supportive care team.

Pay rates range from $18.00 to $21.00 per hour, with opportunities for advancement as you gain certifications. Full-time and part-time shifts are available, including day, evening, weekend, and overnight as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Active Maine CNA license (required)
• Must be eligible to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care needs (bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care)
• Provide mobility assistance and safe transfers
• Measure and document vital signs and observations
• Support daily care tasks (light housekeeping, laundry, meals)
• Assist with meal service and feeding when needed
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Monitor changes in condition and report concerns promptly
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
• Follow infection control and safety procedures
