Job summary

MaineTouch is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide in-home support and personal care to adults and seniors. CNAs work one-on-one with clients, promoting comfort, safety, and independence, with flexible scheduling and a responsive care team.

This role offers full-time and part-time opportunities, competitive pay of $18.00–$21.00 per hour based on experience and certifications, mileage reimbursement where applicable, and opportunities for advancement (CRMA, CNA-M, LPN, nursing

Qualifications

• Active Maine CNA license required.
• Experience with in-home care is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in clients' homes.
• Reliable transportation may be required depending on assignment.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care needs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide mobility assistance and safe use of devices.
• Measure and document vital signs and health observations.
• Assist with daily tasks, meals, and light housekeeping as needed.
• Offer companionship and support while promoting client independence.
• Report changes or concerns to nursing/supervisory staff promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Adhere to care plans and MaineTouch policies.
