Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Maine CNA license is required.
• Experience in home care or personal care.
• Ability to follow care plans and document accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care needs.
• Provide mobility assistance and safe transfers.
• Measure and document vital signs and health observations.
• Support daily tasks and meal preparation.
• Offer companionship and monitor safety.
• Report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain infection control and HIPAA compliance.
• Documentation accurately and on schedule.
