Job summary

MaineTouch LLC is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide in-home support and personal care services to adults and seniors. CNAs assist with daily care needs while promoting comfort, safety, and independence.

This role offers flexible scheduling with full-time and part-time options (day, evening, weekend, overnight where applicable) and a pay rate of $18.00–$21.00 per hour based on experience. Mileage reimbursement and ongoing clinical support are included.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of Maine (required).
• Must not appear on the Maine CNA/Direct Care Worker Registry with substantiated findings.
• Physical ability to assist with mobility and daily care tasks.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Access to a working cell phone.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred (assignment dependent).
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Provide mobility assistance and safe use of assistive devices.
• Document vital signs and health observations as directed.
• Support daily care tasks, light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Assist with meal service and feeding when needed.
• Offer companionship and emotional support while encouraging independence.
• Monitor clients for changes in condition and report concerns promptly.
• Identify safety risks and environmental concerns.
• Follow CNA scope of practice and care plans.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on schedule.
• Follow infection control and HIPAA requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality and respond to emergencies.
