Job summary

MaineTouch LLC is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to deliver in-home care and personal support to adults and seniors. CNAs assist with daily care in clients' homes, promoting comfort, safety, and independence with a responsive care team backing them.

Openings include full-time and part-time roles with day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts when needed. Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $21.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth and mileage reimbursement where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Active Maine CNA license is required.
• Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.
• Physically capable of assisting with mobility and daily care tasks.
• Reliable transportation preferred; eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and hygiene.
• Provide mobility assistance including transfers and ambulation.
• Measure and document vital signs and basic health observations.
• Support daily care tasks such as light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Assist with meal service and feeding when needed.
• Offer companionship and emotional support while promoting client independence.
• Monitor for changes in condition and report concerns promptly to nursing staff.
• Maintain infection control practices and HIPAA compliance.
