Job summary

MaineTouch is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide in-home support and personal care services to adults and seniors. CNAs assist in clients' homes, supporting comfort, safety, and independence with one-on-one care.

This role offers flexible scheduling across full-time and part-time options, ongoing clinical support, and opportunities for advancement (CRMA, CNA-M, LPN). Compensation includes mileage reimbursement where applicable and a responsive care team for guidance.

Qualifications

• Active Maine CNA license required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to assist with mobility and daily care tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care needs (bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care).
• Provide mobility assistance and safe transfers.
• Measure and document vital signs and observations.
• Support daily care tasks (light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep).
• Assist with meal service and feeding when needed.
• Offer companionship and support while promoting client independence.
• Report changes in condition promptly to nursing staff.
• Follow infection control and HIPAA guidelines.
