Job summary

Action Health Staffing & Home Care Services seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home care to clients in the Williamston area. Qualifications

• Maintain DFS certification as required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, write and follow directions.
• Physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing.
• Sympathetic attitude toward patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned in home care settings.
• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning and ambulation.
• Provide basic nursing care and follow plan of care under supervision.
• Plan meals with client preferences and diets when directed.
• Provide companionship and activities aligned with client needs.
• Perform light housekeeping as assigned.
