Action Health Staffing & Home Care Services is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide in-home patient care in the Williamston area under a part-time schedule. The role involves assisting with activities of daily living, mobility, meals, and basic nursing tasks according to the Plan of Care.

Responsibilities include maintaining records, reporting changes, and using EVV for task tracking. Excellent interpersonal skills and compassion for home care patients are essential.

Competenze

• CNA certification required or current license.
• Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate patient care.
• Strong communication and reading/writing skills necessary.

Mansioni

• Provide direct patient care in the home as assigned.
• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning and ambulation.
• Provide basic nursing care as instructed by supervising staff.
• Prepare meals per client preferences and dietary needs.
• Offer companionship and engage in activities.
• Perform light housekeeping as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and report changes to supervisors.
• Complete EVV time sheet tasks as assigned.
• Be dependable and punctual, respecting patient rights and confidentiality.
