The role uses our CAD software and CRM, involves in-home consultations, monthly training, and a flexible work-from-home option, with a focus on building relationships and exceeding client expectations.

Qualifications

• In-home design consultant with CAD experience.
• Experience in consultative sales and building client relationships.
• Interior design education or equivalent experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and provide exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design storage solutions in clients' homes using CAD.
• Estimate, quote, order, and coordinate deliveries and installations.
• Meet monthly sales goals through showroom and at-home visits.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
• Collaborate with installation teams to ensure job completion.
