Job summary

Southwest Behavioral & Health Services seeks a full-time In-Home Therapist to join the Broadway Outpatient Clinic in Phoenix. This Monday–Friday role involves delivering evidence-based clinical and non-clinical services to children and adolescents, including intakes, assessments, treatment planning, and group interventions.

You will collaborate with SBH staff to provide crisis intervention, case management, and coordinated care, while ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to clinical

Qualifications

• Must have Master’s degree in Behavioral Health (Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work) and 1 year of full-time behavioral health experience.
• Fingerprint clearance or eligible to obtain within 8 weeks of hire.
• CPR and First Aid Training certification.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements treatment plans and goals.
• Provides intake and psychosocial assessments.
• Conducts home visits and case consultations.
• Provides therapy and clinical case management for a full caseload.
• Maintains documentation and monitors caseload and authorizations.
