Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is hiring a Clinician to provide in-home, school, and community-based therapy for children, adolescents, and families in the Phoenix area. The role emphasizes rapid, intensive in-home support, crisis planning, and collaborative care within a multidisciplinary team.

The position requires a Master’s degree in Counseling or Social Work (Psychology considered) and a valid AZ driver’s license, with opportunities to obtain licensure (LAC/LPC/LMSW/LCSW, etc.).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling or Social Work preferred; Psychology may be considered with relevant therapy experience.
• Valid Arizona Driver’s License and ability to pass a 36-month DMV history check.
• Arizona Statutes Notice: fingerprint submission for new employment record as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide DBT-informed individual, family, and group therapy to children and adolescents.
• Support clients and families receiving outpatient behavioral health services.
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, crisis plans, safety plans, and required clinical documentation.
• Participate as an active member of the Child and Family Team (CFT).
• Collaborate with parents/guardians, agencies, and outpatient providers on clinical needs.
• Advocate for individuals and assist with discharge planning coordination.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation within required timeframes.
