Job summary

Southwest Behavioral & Health Services seeks a dedicated Licensed Therapist for our Payson clinic. The role involves delivering solution-focused therapy via telehealth, in-home or in-office settings to individuals with mental health or substance use disorders.

Responsibilities include intake assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention and group sessions, with a schedule Monday–Friday in-office. Opportunities for licensure reimbursement and supervision are offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavioral Health field (Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work).
• Licensed or license eligible at the Associate level by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (AZBBHE).
• Independent License strongly preferred; 1 year of full-time behavioral health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides solution-focused and strength-based therapy via telehealth, in-home or in-office services.
• Delivers timely, evidence-based clinical and non-clinical support to children, adolescents and adults.
• Develops and implements treatment plans; conducts intakes and psychosocial assessments.
• Performs crisis intervention, psychiatric support and group interventions.
