Zusammenfassung

Southwest Behavioral & Health Services seeks an In-Home Therapist for our Broadway Outpatient Clinic, a full-time, Monday–Friday position serving children and adolescents. You will conduct intakes, assessments, treatment planning, psychiatric support, and group interventions guided by Jason K Principles.

You will provide therapy, case management, and crisis coverage while coordinating with other providers to ensure comprehensive, ethical care for diverse families and individuals in the community.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Behavioral Health (Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work) and 1 year of full-time behavioral health experience.
• Fingerprint clearance from Arizona DPS or eligible within 8 weeks.
• Knowledge of DSM V, SMI checklists, crisis intervention, and evidence-based practices.
• CPR and First Aid Training certification.
• Maintain personal auto insurance per SBH guidelines.

Aufgaben

• Develops and implements treatment plans, assessments, goals, and activities.
• Provides intake and psychosocial assessments of families or individuals.
• Performs home visits and case consultations with other agencies.
• Delivers therapy and clinical case management for full caseloads of families or individuals.
• Provides crisis intervention coverage as needed, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Coordinates with case managers and outside entities to support consumer care.
• Collaborates with clinical teams for consumers' best interests.
• Maintains documentation of services, treatment plans, and progress.
• Ensures caseload productivity and authorized/re-authorized services.
