Job summary

Live Well Home Care in Oklahoma is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. The role requires a TB test and a commitment to high-quality in-home care for elderly and disabled clients.

You will assist with daily living activities, personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, and transportation while following care plans. Provide companionship, monitor safety, and collaborate with the Branch Manager to ensure excellent service.

Qualifications

• CNA certification is required.
• TB test is required.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living and provide personal care.
• Ability to follow written care plans and communicate client needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Ambulation, bathing, dressing, exercise, feeding, and hygiene.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Ensure client safety by supervising the home environment.
• Follow written care plans and report issues to Branch Manager.
• Perform meal planning, housekeeping and laundry.
• Escort clients to medical facilities and appointments.
• Monitor supplies and participate in care team discussions.
• Assist with dietary restrictions and meal prep.
