Live Well Home Care is seeking caregivers to provide in-home support for individuals needing assistance due to age, illness, or disability. You will perform personal care tasks, assist with daily activities, and help maintain a safe home environment, all under the supervision of the Branch Manager.

The role emphasizes compassionate, respectful service, adherence to agency policies, and collaboration with the Client Care Team to ensure high-quality care in clients' homes.

Qualificações

• Must have Physical and TB test results within last 11 months.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Provide companionship including social interactions, conversations, and emotional reassurance.
• Provide respite care for families in accordance with care plans.
• Assist with meal planning, light housekeeping, laundry, and shopping tasks as specified in the care plan.
• Escort clients to medical facilities, errands, shopping, and outings as needed per the care plan.
• Follow the written care plan and report unsafe conditions to Branch Manager.
