Job summary

Live Well Home Care in Oklahoma seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our home-based care team. The role involves assisting clients in their own homes with daily living activities, personal care, meals, mobility, and safety, as outlined in each care plan.

TB testing is required. You will provide companionship, support family caregivers, and coordinate with the Branch Manager to ensure high-quality, respectful care within established policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required
• TB test required

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ambulation, bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, transferring)
• Provide personal care and domestic support (meal planning/prep, housekeeping, laundry)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Ensure client safety and security in the home
• Escort clients to appointments and assist with errands as per care plan
• Document observations and report concerns to Branch Manager
