Heart for Seniors Home Healthcare in Oklahoma is seeking a Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate in-home care to senior clients. This part-time, in-person role focuses on daily living support, vital signs, mobility assistance, and medication reminders.

You will work with a dedicated team to ensure safety, comfort, and dignity, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate changes in condition to the supervising clinician. A valid CNA license and Driver's license are required.

Formación

• Previous experience as a Nursing Assistant or similar role in senior care is preferred.
• Strong caregiving skills with a focus on compassion and empathy.
• Ability to communicate effectively with seniors and their families.
• Familiarity with medical documentation practices is beneficial.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Monitor and record vital signs and health status of clients.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Help with mobility and physical exercises as needed.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and records.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals regarding client needs and changes in condition.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients at all times.
• Support clients in managing their medications as prescribed.
