Job summary

Right at Home Northwest Oklahoma City is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide in-home care and daily living assistance to seniors in the community. The role emphasizes patient dignity, safety, and adherence to individualized care plans.

CNAs will work to keep clients safe, comfortable, and independent at home. The position is part time, requires current CNA credentials, reliable transportation, and a focus on dependable caregiving with guidance and onboarding

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support safe mobility, walking, and transfers within training and duties.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and daily routines as assigned.
• Perform light housekeeping related to client care.
• Provide medication reminders when allowed by policy and plan.
• Observe and report changes in client condition to supervisor.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans.
• Protect client confidentiality and maintain professional standards.

• Ability to follow instructions and complete required documentation.
• Successful completion of applicable background checks and onboarding.
• Reliable transportation to client homes, as required.

Service Areas

We are hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide in-home care services in the following areas: El Reno, OK, Mustang, OK, Yukon, OK, Oklahoma City, OK, Bethany, OK. Please note that available assignments may vary depending on client needs and location.

Training and Team Support

We offer onboarding, guidance, and support to help CNAs reinforce existing skills and understand client-specific care requirements.

Qualifications: EDUCATION / SKILLS / ABILITIES / AVAILABILITY

• High school graduate of G.E.D. certificate preferred.
• Six months experience as a Personal Care Assistant in health care (in homes or facilities) and successful completion of a State approved Nurse Aide or Personal Care Assistant course.
• Interpersonal relations abilities.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

• Primarily works in client's place of residence; travel may be required.
• Shift times and days vary with client needs.
