Job summary

Integrity Residential Services in Madison, WI is hiring a Caregiver (Personal Care Technician) to provide direct support to residents, promoting growth, independence, and dignity in daily living within their homes and the community.

This full-time role offers hourly pay ranging from $15.00 (overnight sleep shift 11pm–7am) to $17.00 (7am–3pm and 3pm–11pm). Weekend availability and travel to all locations are required.

Qualifications

• Health promotion and maintenance.

• Physical ability to reach, balance, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain healthy and professional boundaries with residents and staff.
• Meal planning and preparation.
• Personal care including bathing, toileting, and transferring.
• Passing medications accurately.
• Maintain a clean, orderly home (laundry, trash, cleaning).
• Provide problem-solving assistance and companionship.
• Accompany the resident to community activities and appointments.
• Maintain records and documentation in the home.
• Ability to work effectively with a team.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Participate in trainings, house meetings, and supervisory meetings as scheduled.
• Encourage participation in community activities and relationships.
• Comply with HIPAA by protecting confidential information.
• All other duties as assigned.
