Consumer Direct Care Network provides in-home companion care in Wisconsin, seeking a reliable caregiver to support an independent adult male in his home. The role emphasizes companionship, light personal care, and helping with daily tasks.

The position offers a wage of $16.32 per hour with opportunities for bonuses during training and retention. Prior caregiving experience is welcome but not required; background checks are mandatory.

Formación

• Must be dependable with a consistent schedule.
• Able to communicate proactively about scheduling.
• Comfortable assisting with light personal care and household tasks.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Friendly, patient and easy to be around.
• Willing to ask questions when unsure of a task.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal direction.
• Respectful of the client’s independence.
• Willing to work with pets in the home.
• Must pass caregiver and criminal background checks.

Responsabilidades

• Light morning personal care assistance, including dressing and bathing.
• Providing companionship and social interaction.
• Taking initiative to complete household tasks when appropriate.
• Various Household Support Tasks (dishes, mopping).
• Light errands/community outings.
• Other household tasks as needed.
