Job summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking a Personal Care Aide/Caregiver in Madison, WI to provide in-home care for seniors. This part-time role covers assistance with daily living activities, companionship, and safety in the home.

Qualifications

• CNA License or HHA Certificate is required by state law where applicable.
• CPR certification is required.
• Six months of healthcare experience preferred.
• Valid WI driver's license with auto insurance and reliable transportation.
• Compassionate, good communicator, and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to seniors living at home.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship.
• Assist with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises.
• Provide medication reminders and report concerns to a supervisor.
• Maintain a safe home environment and engage clients in activities.
