SYNERGY HomeCare in Wisconsin is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Attendant to support clients in their homes. You will assist with daily ADLs, meal prep, light housekeeping, and transportation as needed.

This role offers flexible schedules, paid orientation and ongoing training, direct deposit, and a base pay of 16.00 per hour, plus time-and-a-half for overtime and holidays, with recognition programs for outstanding service.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Provide meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and errands as needed.
• Offer companionship and transportation to appointments and social activities.
• Monitor health status, remind about medications, and report changes to supervisors.
• Maintain a safe home environment and follow care plans.
