Job summary

Christian Servants Home Care is hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Personal Care Workers to provide compassionate in-home care across Wisconsin. Starting wage is $16.00 per hour, with training provided for those new to caregiving.

Part-Time Day and Evening shifts are available, with potential for additional hours. You will support clients with daily activities, companionship, and respectful, confidential care in their own homes.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience preferred but not required—we will train the right person.
• Compassionate, dependable, and punctual.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Reliable vehicle with current insurance.
• Reliable phone with voicemail.
• Email access.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical assistance to help clients stay safely in their homes.
• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming and personal hygiene.
• Support mobility, transfers and safe movement around the home.
• Assist with hearing aids, glasses, and other devices as needed.
• Remind about medications and monitor supplies.
• Plan, prepare and serve meals; light housekeeping duties.
• Handle laundry, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, and changing bed linens.
• Provide companionship and emotional support; offer safe transportation and errands.
