Job summary

Peaceful Living, L.L.C. in Hudson, WI is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Worker for in-home, one-to-one support. You will help clients live with dignity, provide personal care, meals, and light housekeeping, and follow positive behavior support plans.

Evening shifts pay $17.25/hour and overnight shifts pay $14.50/hour with sleep-time flexibility. Training is provided, and opportunities for growth exist with HR support.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving is preferred, but training is provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 in-home care with dignity and respect.
• Assist with daily activities: personal care, meals, light housekeeping.
• Follow behavior support plans and ensure safety during distresses.
• Transport to activities and medical appointments; build rapport with clients.
