Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients in their homes in Massachusetts. Most visits are 1–3 hours, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for daily pay options.

Responsibilities vary by certification level and may include companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and personal care. Reliable transportation and ability to travel between homes are valued traits.

Qualifications

• Certification at least at Homemaker level in MA.
• Personal care training completion is required/preferred.
• HHA or CNA certification/licensure required or active.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and household support.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal prep.
• Grocery shopping and client errands with mileage reimbursement.
• Provide personal care, grooming, and dressing assistance.
• Bathing and hands-on care for qualified HHA/CNA caregivers.
