Job summary

Elara Caring in Massachusetts is urgently hiring compassionate caregivers to support clients in their homes. Most visits are 1–3 hours, with daily pay options and the possibility of full-time hours depending on client needs.

You must be certified at least one caregiver level (Homemaker, Personal Care, HHA, or CNA). Responsibilities include companionship, light housekeeping, meals, grooming, and in-home care across client homes with mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be certified for at least one caregiver level (Homemaker, Personal Care, HHA, or CNA).
• Reliable transportation to travel between client homes.
• Flexible scheduling based on client needs and service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and household support to clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Shop for groceries and run client errands; mileage reimbursement offered (0.72 per mile).
• Deliver personal care, grooming and dressing assistance as needed.
• Provide bathing and hands-on care for qualified caregivers.
