Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients in their homes across MA. Primary duties include companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, and personal care within 1–3 hour visits by trusted caregivers.

Qualifications vary by level and may include Homemaker, Personal Care training, HHA or CNA credentials. Eligible employees receive benefits and ample opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Certification for at least one caregiver level is required.
• Massachusetts Homemaker training certificate for Homemaker level.
• Active HHA or CNA license qualifies for higher levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and household support to clients at home.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal prep as needed.
• Assist with personal care, grooming, and dressing; provide bathing if qualified.
• Travel between client homes to deliver in-home care.
