Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers in Massachusetts to support clients at their homes with Monday–Friday availability and 8:00 AM–6:00 PM time frame. Pay ranges from $20.00–$22.58/hr based on certification and documented experience. Most visits are 1–3 hours, and caregivers may visit multiple clients per day.

Full-time hours may not be available immediately. You'll provide companionship, light housekeeping, personal care, errands, and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Certified caregiver with at least one approved certification level.
• Must have a valid HHA certification or active CNA license.
• Reliable personal transportation and ability to travel between client homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and household support.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Assist with grocery shopping and client errands (mileage reimbursement).
• Deliver personal care, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist with bathing and other in-home care tasks as qualified (HHA/CNA).
