Job summary

Elara Caring is hiring compassionate caregivers to support clients in their homes across Massachusetts. Most visits are 1–3 hours, with shifts Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–6:00 PM. Pay ranges from $20.00 to $22.58 per hour based on certification and documented experience.

Responsibilities include companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, and personal care. Certification at Homemaker, Personal Care, or HHA/CNA is required, with reliable transportation for travel between client homes.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Homemaker training certificate required.
• Personal Care training certificate required with Homemaker certificate.
• Home Health Aide certification or active CNA license required.
• Reliable personal transportation and ability to travel between client homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and household support.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Run errands and assist with grocery shopping; mileage reimbursed at $0.72 per mile.
• Provide personal care, grooming, and dressing; assist with bathing as needed.
