Job summary

Elara Caring is hiring compassionate caregivers to support clients in their homes across Massachusetts. Pay ranges from $20.00 to $22.58 per hour, based on certification and experience, with availability Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Most visits are 1–3 hours, and you may care for multiple clients daily. Full-time hours may not be available immediately, but flexible scheduling and daily pay are offered to help you balance your needs.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Homemaker certificate is required for Homemaker role.
• Massachusetts Homemaker + Personal Care training for Personal Care role.
• HHA certification or active CNA license for HHA role.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and household support.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal prep.
• Shop for groceries and run client errands with mileage reimbursement.
• Provide personal care, grooming and dressing.
• Assist with bathing for qualified HHA/CNA caregivers.
