Job summary

Elara Caring is urgently hiring compassionate caregivers to support clients in their homes in Massachusetts. Pay ranges from $20.00 to $22.58 per hour based on certification and documented experience, with availability Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM.

Most visits are 1–3 hours, and caregivers may visit multiple clients per day. Full-time hours may not be available immediately, but daily pay options and paid training are offered, along with benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Certified for at least one caregiver level: Homemaker, Personal Care, or HHA/CNA.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Willingness to travel between client homes for short visits.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and household support.
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry and meal prep.
• Grocery shopping and client errands; mileage reimbursement provided.
• Deliver personal care, grooming and dressing as needed.
• Support bathing and hands-on care for qualified HHA/CNA.
