Job summary

Right at Home Sacramento seeks qualified caregivers for in-home non-medical care. Pay starts at $19/hr. You'll help clients stay independent by assisting with daily living, meals, meds reminders, errands, light housekeeping and social engagement.

We offer Premium Pay, paid online annual training, mileage reimbursement, weekly pay, direct deposit, flexible schedules, and a caregiver mobile app to view schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years professional caregiving experience.
• Pass LiveScan background check.
• Reliable transportation with proof of vehicle registration and insurance.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid California driver's license with clean driving record or CA ID.
• Basic English communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Prepare meals according to care plan.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Run local errands and transportation.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Support social engagement and companionship.

What You Will Need:

• Candidates must be professional, flexible, and have a passion for helping others
• Able to pass LiveScan background check
• Be 18 years or older
