Job summary

Qualifications

• Candidates must be professional, flexible, and have a passion for helping others.
• Able to pass LiveScan background check.
• Be 18 years or older.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 year minimum professional caregiving experience.
• Reliable transportation with proof of current vehicle registration and insurance.
• Valid driver\'s license with clean driving record OR valid California ID.
• Basic English communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home non-medical care to help clients maintain independence and quality of life.
• Assist with activities of daily living, meal preparation, medication reminders, errands and transportation.
• Support light housekeeping and social engagement to create comfort and connection.

What You Will Do:

As a caregiver with Right at Home, you’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a real difference in the lives of our clients. Your role will focus on helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life by supporting them with everyday tasks—such as: *activities of daily living (ADLs), *meal preparation, *medication reminders, *local errands and transportation, *light housekeeping, and *social engagement. Your compassion and dedication will help create a sense of comfort, connection, and joy for the individuals you care for.
