Job summary

Right at Home is seeking qualified caregivers (HCA) for in-home non-medical care services in California. Pay starts at $19/hr with benefits like weekly pay, paid online training, mileage reimbursement, direct deposit, and flexible schedules.

You will assist clients with ADLs, meal prep, medication reminders, errands, light housekeeping, and social engagement, helping maintain independence and quality of life in their own homes.

Qualifications

• Must pass LiveScan background check.
• Be 18 years or older.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of professional caregiving experience.
• Reliable transportation with proof of current vehicle registration and insurance.
• Valid driver\'s license with clean driving record or California ID.
• Basic English communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities
