Job summary

Right at Home is seeking qualified caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care in Elk Grove, CA and surrounding areas. Caregivers will help clients maintain independence and improve quality of life, with duties including ADLs, meal prep, medication reminders, errands, light housekeeping, and social engagement.

Eligible candidates should have at least a high school diploma or equivalent, be 18+, and possess 2 years of caregiving experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Meal preparation for clients.

• Light housekeeping and maintaining a safe home.
• Provide social engagement to reduce isolation.

We are looking for qualified caregivers for in-home care services!

Pay Rate: Starting at $19/hr

Schedule: Monday ~ Sunday

Right at Home provides a range of non-medical in-home care services which allows our clients to remain safe and independent in their homes and communities. We are seeking experienced, motivated, compassionate caregivers who are dedicated to making a difference in the world of caregiving.

What You Will Do:

As a caregiver with Right at Home, you’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a real difference in the lives of our clients. Your role will focus on helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life by supporting them with everyday tasks—such as:

• activities of daily living (ADLs)
• meal preparation
• medication reminders
• local errands and transportation
• light housekeeping
• social engagement.

What You Will Need:

• Candidates must be professional, flexible, and have a passion for helping others
• Able to pass LiveScan background check
• Be 18 years or older
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• 2 year minimum professional care giving experience
• Reliable transportation with proof of current vehicle registration and insurance
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record OR valid California ID
• Basic English communication skills (verbal and written)
