Job summary

Right at Home Folsom Lake is seeking dependable caregivers to support seniors and adults with disabilities in Folsom and surrounding communities. You will provide companionship, personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, and transportation assistance, with a focus on dignity and safety.

Earn $19–$25/hour based on experience and certifications. Flexible scheduling, paid training, mileage reimbursement, and shift bonuses are available.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration before client assignment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to pass required background screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and personal care.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and transfers.
• Prepare meals and light housekeeping.
• Provide dementia and Alzheimer's support.
• Assist with transportation, errands, and appointments.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Observe and report changes in client condition.

Right at Home Folsom Lake is looking for dependable, compassionate caregivers to support seniors and adults with disabilities in Folsom, El Dorado Hills, Orangevale, Citrus Heights, Rocklin, Roseville and surrounding communities.

Caregiver Pay & Benefits

• $19-$25/hour based on experience, certifications, availability, shift type, and client assignment

You’ll have the support of a responsive local office while building meaningful one-on-one relationships with the clients you serve.
