Seniors Helping Seniors Kansas City Metro South is seeking an in-home caregiver to join our friendly office team. You will perform personal care tasks under supervision and assist with homemaker duties to support clients in their homes.

The role emphasizes observing clients, reporting changes to the supervisor, and maintaining accurate records while delivering compassionate companionship and safe, respectful care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Background screening required.
• Baseline and annual TB test on record.
• Self-directing with ability to work with little supervision.
• Strong oral and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing and toileting.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers and walking.
• Observe and report changes in client health to supervisor.
• Document care provided and observations.
• Assist with medication reminders as needed.
