Seniors Helping Seniors Kansas City Metro South is seeking an In Home Caregiver who works under the Administrator to provide personal care services to clients in their homes. The Caregiver is responsible for observing clients, reporting observations, and documenting care performed.

The role supports daily living activities, including personal care, homemaking, companionship, and transportation, while ensuring safety and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to pass background screening.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care tasks (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
• Assist with walking, transfers, and observing client condition.
• Report changes to supervisor and document observations.
• Provide homemaking tasks (meals, dishes, laundry, shopping, light cleaning) and offer companionship.
