Right at Home is hiring compassionate CNAs and PCAs for in-home, one-on-one care. Flexible schedules, same-day pay, and benefits are provided to support caregivers in delivering safe, personalized care in clients' homes.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, dependable, respectful and professional caregivers.
• CNA or PCA qualifications/credentials as required.
• Personal care and activities-of-daily-living experience.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene, toileting, and incontinence care.
• Ambulation, positioning, transfers, gait belt and Hoyer lift assistance when appropriate.
• Meal preparation, companionship, social engagement, and light housekeeping.
• Transportation/accompaniment to errands and medical appointments.
• Medication reminders and prescribed range-of-motion assistance.
• Blood glucose monitoring assistance, Foley care, bed-bound care, and hospice supportive care when trained and appropriate.
• Follow the care plan and report changes, concerns, or safety issues.
