Job summary

Lifeline Homecare Inc. is seeking dedicated Caregivers to provide high-quality, non-medical support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain independence with dignity and respect.

You will perform daily living tasks, coordinate care notes via our mobile app, and advocate for client safety. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, background checks, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Reliability: valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, insurance.
• Communication: read, write, and follow instructions.
• Clearance: pass criminal background check incl. Nurse’s Aide Registry.
• Health: negative TB test and annual screenings.
• Physical ability: lift up to 50 pounds and perform daily tasks.
• Adaptability: handle varying home environments.
• Variety: work in diverse home settings.

Responsibilities

• Daily Living Support: cooking, light cleaning, personal care.
• Care Coordination: manage multiple clients and notes via app.
• Advocacy: report abuse/neglect to supervisors.
• Transportation: assist clients to appointments and errands.
