Job summary

HOME CARE SNE LLC is seeking a compassionate Live-In Caregiver to provide essential in-home support for seniors and individuals with disabilities. The role emphasizes safety, comfort, and quality of life, with duties including ADLs, meals, medication reminders, and companionship.

Experience in home health care and CPR/First Aid are preferred. The position offers a strong benefits package and opportunities for advancement; a valid driver’s license is a plus, and the role requires HIPAA-compliant

Qualifications

Experience in home health care, assisted living, or long-term care settings preferred.
CPR certification and basic first aid knowledge desirable.
Strong observation, reporting, and documentation skills.
Ability to assist with ADLs and monitor client conditions.

Responsibilities

Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
Provide patient care including vital signs monitoring and medication administration per plans.
Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs and meal planning.
Maintain a clean, safe home environment with light housekeeping.
Offer companionship and engage clients in activities to support mental well-being.
Observe, document, and report changes to healthcare professionals.
