Job summary

Lifeline Homecare Inc. in Kentucky seeks dedicated Caregivers to provide high-quality, non-medical support to clients in their own homes, helping maintain independence and dignity.

Daily duties include assistance with daily living activities, care notes via mobile app, advocacy for client safety, and transportation to appointments. Requirements: valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, background check, drug screen, TB test, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and up-to-date liability insurance.
• Ability to read, write, and follow complex oral and written instructions.
• Must pass a criminal background check and a drug screen.
• Provide a negative TB test and annual screenings.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities and household tasks.
• Maintain detailed care notes via mobile app and coordinate with supervisors.
• Advocate for client safety and report any concerns promptly.
• Provide transportation to appointments and run errands as needed.
