Qualifications

• Reliability: valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and up-to-date liability insurance.
• Communication: ability to read, write, and follow complex instructions.
• Clearance: pass a background check including Nurse’s Aide Registry and a drug screen.
• Health: negative TB test and annual screenings.
• Physical ability: lift up to 50 pounds and perform daily tasks.
• Adaptability: work across different home environments with a positive, professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Daily Living Support: help with cooking, light cleaning, household chores, and personal care.
• Care Coordination: manage multiple clients and maintain detailed care notes via the mobile app.
• Advocacy: report any suspected abuse or neglect to supervisors.
• Transportation: assist clients in getting to appointments and running errands.
